Soamesh Mangalgiri
Soamesh Mangalgiri is a Principal and has advised multi-billion dollar corporate clients, private equity firms and public sector agencies on business transformation and restructuring including M&A, and operational strategy.
Soamesh has led client relationships and numerous engagements including transformation programs, to deliver value through diverse commercial and operational initiatives: business and operating model (re)alignment, production and maintenance performance improvement, supply chain streamlining, product platforming/portfolio strategies, footprint optimization, working capital reduction, strategic sourcing savings, and new product development frameworks.
Prior to being a principal, Soamesh was an engagement manager at Alvarez & Marsal and Strategy& serving diverse product & services clients, and corporate lead & project manager at Rockwell Automation & KHS USA.
Soamesh holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin–Madison, & BE in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune, India.
Achintya Mishra
Achintya Mishra is a Data Scientist with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, and applied machine learning. Achintya focuses on turning complex, messy data into clear, decision-ready insights that help clients improve efficiency and business decision-making. He brings end-to-end experience building AI/ML solutions, from cloud-based data pipelines and scalable ETL workflows to predictive modeling, optimization, and executive-ready dashboards.
Achintya holds an MS in Applied Data Science from University of Chicago, and BS in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India.
Achintya’s proficiencies include Python, SQL and R programming; Azure, AWS and Databricks platforms; Power BI and Tableau visualization.
