Soamesh Mangalgiri
Soamesh Mangalgiri is a Principal and has advised multi-billion dollar corporate clients, private equity firms and public sector agencies on operational strategy, and business transformation and restructuring including M&A.
Soamesh has led numerous engagements and client relationships to deliver value through manufacturing and maintenance performance improvement, supply chain streamlining, footprint optimization, working capital reduction, strategic sourcing savings, platforming / portfolio strategies, and new product development frameworks.
Prior to being a principal, Soamesh was an engagement manager at Alvarez & Marsal and Strategy& serving diverse product & services clients, and corporate lead & project manager at Rockwell Automation & KHS USA.
Soamesh holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin–Madison, & BE in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune, India.
Janardhan Kodavasal, PhD
Janardhan Kodavasal is an engineering manager at Cummins Corporate Research and has proven expertise in product R&D and developing highly technical software. He has led technical teams responsible for developing engine systems for 2024-30 global products spanning on-highway, off-highway, conventional ICE and electrified powertrains. Janardhan’s network of relationships include GE Global Research, Saudi Aramco, Caterpillar, Bosch, and Argonne & Sandia National Labs.
Prior to Cummins, Janardhan was a research staff member at Argonne National Laboratory where he led technology, product & business development for a Machine Learning-Genetic Algorithm-based software to enable rapid product design optimization: the product received US DOE funding, was licensed to OnShape(PTC) and bagged the R&D 100 award.
Janardhan holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, MSE in Aerospace Engineering and MSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India.
